Our Online Self-Storage Facility Application allows you to complete our application online at your convenience and have the information sent to us directly upon submission. After you start the application process you will be assigned a login PIN which you can use to access this site while you are completing your application. The site will keep track of completed sections so you can finish the application at any time. Upon submission you will be able to download a copy of your completed application. We encourage you to utilize this new online application as it is the fastest way for us to receive your application.
Our other applications are editable PDF's that give you the ability to complete the application on-screen. After completing the application, please save it to your computer by using the "File" and "Save As" functions. This will enable you to forward the application to us via email and to keep a copy of it for your records. If you prefer, you may print the appropriate storage insurance application, complete it and either fax or email it to StorageFirst. Email is preferred.
We can typically provide a quote/proposal within 5 business days. If you need it sooner, please advise.
A fully completed self-storage insurance Acord application is required with the two supplemental applications for mobile self-storage and records storage. We can usually offer a proposal with another carrier's application. However, coverage cannot be bound without a fully completed and signed StorageFirst application. We prefer a completed COPE spreadsheet in lieu of an application for submissions with more than 3 locations. Completion of a StorageFirst application for each location will not be required.
Coverage is not bound until you receive a binder from StorageFirst.
